In 2008 Catfoss Group Ltd acquired the rights to Eurocabin and our name changed to Catfoss Eurocabin. The original company was established in the 1980's as a portable and modular buildings manufacturer. The Catfoss Group has a long history in the refurbishment of Modular and portable buildings. By joining forces Catfoss Eurocabin has become one of the major players in the specialist field of modular and portable buildings. Our modern facilities at Catfoss, East Yorkshire, can accommodate fully equipped multi-storey complexes as well as simple jackleg cabins. We offer a complete range of temporary and permanent building solutions to suit your requirements. All our buildings are fully compliant with the current health & safety regulations.

Refurbished buildings: Used Modular Buildings or Secondhand Portable Cabins

As well as manufacturing new buildings we also refurbish pre-owned Modular buildings and secondhand portable cabins. Modular buildings consist of individual units (bays) that can be linked and stacked together up to five storeys high. Each modular building offers complete flexibility in lay-out and appearance and will come with a comprehensive warranty.

Using a pre-owned modular building or second hand portable cabin is an ethical, eco-friendly policy, and will help to sustain our environment. We all have a responsibility to set a good example. Our quality used modular buildings can be found across many different market sectors such as Commercial, Education and Healthcare. The used modular buildings and secondhand portable cabins are mainly used as offices, marketing suites, temporary classrooms, construction site accommodation, canteens or modular hospital buildings.

All our refurbished buildings will fully comply with the current 2006 part L2A building regulations, as well as all aspects of health & safety regulations.
We can offer sale/hire/lease options to enable you to free up cash in a tax efficient manner through our in–house finance department. Our classroom buildings all come with various finance options to suit your needs however long you might need the building.
